Return & Exchange Policy

RETURN POLICY

 

*Please contact us with in 24 hours of receiving a faulty item including images of defect to rangdeboutique@hotmail.com. After 24 hours we will not held be responsible for any complaints / refunds / exchanges etc.

Once a return/Exchange has been accepted you have 7 Days to return the goods to us from date of delivery. Postage cost must be covered by the buyer and sent as tracked parcel to ensure safe arrival, should your item not arrive  we will not be held liable.

*All Refunds are given in the form of a Credit Note (valid for 12 months)

Shipping charges & Fees

We do not refund shipping charges or reimburse return shipping charges for non faulty items. If you have availed free shipping offers then the cost of this will be deducted from any refunds.

*We aim to process all orders within 24 hours, Guaranteed Next Day Orders made before 12pm will be sent same day.

Sale Items

*Please Note Sale Items are non-refundable.

There is a possibility that items on sale are reduced due to any of the following reasons: end of season items/minor marking/slight damage or colour differences. Any discrepancies with a sale item will not be classified as a fault and refund or returns will not be accepted.

Customised & Pre-Order Goods

All items which are Pre-Order or Custumised to your need are non refundable and cannot be cancelled once order is placed. This is due to the fact that these would not be resell-able.

PLEASE NOTE: Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the goods are in the same perfect condition as delivered, complete with tags attached, tissue packing paper and most importantly the item is unworn. Any damage or sign of wear to the returned item may result in an exchange or refund being refused, with the cost of returning the item to you being your responsibility.

Nature of Goods

Majority of our items are hand embroidered and therefore fragile in their usage whilst having a 5%-10% variation possibility. By placing an order on our website you accept the possibility of variation in comparison to the images provided on this website. 

From time to time beading/ sequences may get displaced and this is not regarded as a fault but is due to the nature of the work. These garments should be worn with care. 

Please note that all clothing products sold on this website are recommended to be dry-cleaned. We will not be responsible for any claims resulting due to damage caused by washing using another method or claims for variation / and or beading/sequences displacement.

Cancellation

To cancel your order please email our customer service team at rangdeboutique@hotmail.com. We usually ship orders within 24 hours. Please bear in mind that sending an email within 24 hours does not guarantee cancellation of an order as there is a possibility of your order being dispatched before we can address your email.
